The Vinnies Stores are the face of the Society and usually the first place of contact that people come to ask for assistance. They are not only there o assist us raise money, they are also there as a meeting place for people as well as a place where Conferences can refer people to receive items free of charge, when necessary. The centres provide a place where preloved clothing can be purchased as well as preloved furniture. Good quality items can be purchased at reasonably low prices, and all money raised goes towards assisting the families in those local communities. Vinnies Shops are mainly open between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9.00am to 12 noon.
The Diocese is broken down geographically into four regions, with each region consisting of its own distribution centre. The four major area Centres to contact for assistance or donations are:
